ABSTRACT
BACKGROUND:Polychlorinated biphenyls inhibit the differentiation of P19 cels into cardiomyocytes. In the meanwhile, microRNAs play an important role in regulating cel differentiation. OBJECTIVE:To explore the effect of microRNA-32(miR-32) on the polychlorinated biphenyls-inhibited differentiation of P19 cels into cardiomyocytes. METHODS:P19 cels were co-cultured with 2.5 μmol/L polychlorinated biphenyls and 1% dimethyl sulfoxide. Afterwards, α-actinin, desmin, cTnI and GATA4 were identified by western blot assay.Wddwxrof polychlorinated biphenyls on the expression of miR-32 was evaluated by real-time PCR. Mouse eukaryotic vector expressing miR-32 was constructed by gene recombination technology,andtransfected into P19 celsfolowed byco-culturedwith2.5 μmol/Lpolychlorinated biphenylsand1% dimethyl sulfoxide. Then, expressions of differentiation-related proteins were detected by western blot assay. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Polychlorinated biphenylsinhibited the differentiation of P19 cels into cardio myocytes anddecreased the miR-32 expression. Cel lines overexpressing miR-32 was successfuly established in mice.Furthermore, we found thatoverexpression of miR-32 weakens the inhibition of polychlorinated biphenyls to the differentiation of P19 cels into cardiomyocytes.
ABSTRACT
Objective To Study on the immune function of Cedar pollinosis.Methods The radioimmunosorbent test was used to measure IgE and the nephelometry was used to measure serum IgG,IgM,IgA,C3 and C4 levels.Results Total IgE leve in the patients serum was obviously higher than that in the control group,the serum IgG,IgM levels were also higher than those of control group,but the IgA level was no evident difference between two groups,and the serum C3 and C4 levels were lower than that of the control group.Conclusion Combination of a rising serum IE,IgG,IgM and a decreasing serum C3,C4 levels may be a diagnostic marker of cedar pollinosis,periodical determination of immune function for patients with cedar pollinosis could dynamic observe the change of the patients' condition.

Objective:To investigate the incidence of cedar pollinosis in district of Wuhan. Method..A surveyrelative to cedar pollinosis was carried out in 309 students in Hubei Medical University in 1999,including ques-tionnaire investigation, nasal inspection and scratch test. From February to April of 2000,a clinical investigationof cedar pollinosis was adopted anong 205 patients of allergic rhinitis including scratch test and nasal mucosatest. Result:①The positive rate of cedar pollen scratch test of 309 students was 7.8％. ②59 cases (28.8％00) washypersensitive to cedar pollen clinically in allergen test. Conclusion : Cedar pollinosis is one kind of importantpollinosis in district of Wuhan and should be paid high attention to.
